The presence of seven pools, available for use around the clock, is a notable advantage, as it allows for a more tranquil experience away from children in the mineral pools. However, the accommodations could benefit from a more modern aesthetic. The bathroom floor was sticky, and the carpet showed signs of staining, which contributed to an overall impression of uncleanliness."

"Overall, this was the most unpleasant experience we’ve had at a Doubletree hotel. We enjoyed the cookies very much at all Doubletree locations. During check-in, I was not informed about on-site restaurants, bars, pool hours, facilities, or amenities included with the hotel booking. I also wasn’t guided on how to reach my room and seemed to be treated as an inconvenience when I asked questions. To make matters worse, I booked through hotels.com and believed my room would have a mountain view, as shown on the website of and app of the booking platform. If you're booking through here (hotels.com), double-check to ensure you’re getting what you expect—my room faced the parking lot and a tree. The rooms are outdated; my bathroom, in particular, seemed moldy, with mold on the ceiling and around the faucets."

"Incredible experience for a Stage Coach Weekend, for that matter any stay. Standouts, The STAFF( from start valet, check in, housekeeping all restaurant staff ,poolside). Every individual made our stay perfection. I recommend this stay for couples and families. The rooms clean with an amazing view. I can go on . I just say- Go and check it out for a stay.
