"We asked to check in early and were told they were cleaning our room at 1. We kept checking back every hour or so and apparently they were still cleaning the room and then waiting for someone to come in and verify the job was done. By the time we got into our room right at 4 PM we noticed there was a base of a wine glass that was broken underneath the desk as well as a few shards of glass near it. "This beautiful old house was near Bell Centre and the Metro. A perfect location for getting to a Habs game or touring around the city. We called the staff when our plane arrived early and they opened the door to allow us to store our luggage because the front desk is not open until 4pm. The rooms are warm and the bathrooms very intimate. The tub was very relaxing after long days walking around Montreal. There is a kitchen for coffee and a relaxing deck to share with the other guests."

Le Personel était très acceuilant et très attentif au bien-être du visiteur/client. Nous avons retrouvé une belle chambre avec un lit « King size », bien aménagé une grande et très belle salle de bain et le tout d’une ambiance pure et au goût exquis. "This is a great spacios place to be able do a few extra things in the middle of our travels. The kitchen was nice to be able to start our days with a coffee for one of us and a kettle allowed me the tea that I love as I am one of those tea snobs that brings her own loose tea! The in suite laundry was the other hi-light. The place was big enough to be the meeting spot for our friends and us to relax and visit as well. I highly recommend."

"It was a very clean stay. It’s a self check in hotel which is a first. The main entrance looks like a restaurant which threw me off. No parking in hotel. Luckily there was a parking structure across the street."
