Hotel murah di Cathar Castles

"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine."

We were put off by this until we discovered that this is pretty much a universal thing in France that Jacuzzis are unheated. "A beautiful 5 star hotel in an incredible location"

"Nice hotel, brilliant setting just opposite the city walls. Rooms in the annexe (where we were) are very funky, lots of modern vibes but perfectly decent. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room - which is disappointing - but apart from that, no issues. My only problem with the booking was checking in - the one member of staff was incredibly diligent, but took far too long to book people in. I know this isn't a Travelodge, but most people are experienced travellers and don't need to be...

"Had a great stay at the property, which is in a nice small village outside of Carcassonne. The breakfast was very nice, with various breads and jams fruits and such. The bathroom was quite large and the room had ample pace and such for clothes. There is a restaurant about 50m away that is very good. Probably the best part is that the proprietrix is wonderful."
