"This is unusual hotel set in the old palace of aristocracy. Big, closed gate from the street and empty old hall as you enter. Reception hidden through the narrow passage. But upstairs it is loaded with the old and contemporary art like a museum. Staff is excellent and helpful. Room large.with comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Has an elevator. Large and fancy breakfast on the terrace. Located in the heart of the old town tourist district. Good choice!"

It is in a quiet street, although we were privileged sometimes to hear singers practising at the theatre, which is at the end of the street on a lovely piazza.
