"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Hotel is beautiful decorated and staff responded quickly. Key feedback is that the towels need to be replaced, some of the glassware was dirty, and the curtains on the bed frame are worn and appear that if you touch them they will fall off. Overall excellent communication, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, and great location. However a few tweaks needed to elevate the stay."

"This is an unusual and quirky hotel in a great location. Loved the decor and the staff were very nice and helpful. Enormous breakfast, way too much really as they brought it out to you, rather than you choosing for yourself. We had booked a room with a balcony that we could sit out on, but we were upgraded to a larger room with two balconies. Unfortunately, you couldn't sit out on the balconies. Also despite being called a junior suite, and whilst nice, there was no seating area and so you could only sit on the bed. There is room to put two chairs and a small table which would make the room more comfortable. Would stay again because of the great location and staff."

"The hotel was pleasant enough. Charming old building, decent room, very nice courtyard for breakfast and dinner. One complaint, we booked a taxi from the airport to the hotel through the hotel. When our flight was delayed and we missed our connection we messaged the hotel well in advance to let them know we would be arriving later in the day. Several hours later we received a message saying we would be charged for 75 euro and they would charge another 75 euro to meet us later that day. It then took multiple calls to eliminate the charge and arrange the revised pickup. The only explanation I can come up with is that they don't check the messages and so can't update the driver. But the fact that they attempted to charge us shows either contempt for their customers or complete ignorance. I would suggest just grabbing a cab at the airport when you arrive. All in all it was okay but would't stay there again."
