"Excellent stay. Just the breakfast was a let down. No fried eggs and limited options for vegetarian (or halal). There was veggie sausage on request. But would’ve liked more options like fresh porridge and yogurt etc."

"I stay here because it’s convenient for when I’m travelling, but I can’t get excited when I stay over. The hotel definitely needs modernising. It is very dated. Artex ceiling, dated bathroom, bedroom furniture old and looks tatty. I decided this time to pay for an upgrade. When I went to my room the bed hadn’t been made and there was a dog’s drinking bowl on the carpet. I was given another room, very plain. No pictures on the wall."

"Breakfast was so delicious and got so much variations. And you can Coffee for free all time. Bed got also good quality and I could sleep really good without waking. I want to stay again if I visit Manchester."

"From check in to departure, although only one night, this was a great place to. Check in was simple, and the staff very friendly, helpful and chatty. The room was perfect and a great view over the small farm next to it. The food was very good (fish and chips) , and again the staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. "The two suites were clean and spacious, especially room 207 was very spacious. The hotel is very funky and colourful. The breakfast was nice but didn’t get the whole full breakfast as items had ran out. We received complimentary drinks at the bar as it was my daughter’s 18th. The only negative thing I would say is the room bar items should be free for guests who are staying in the suites as the rooms are expensive. The only complimentary item was the bottled water."

"Just a stop over route to London, but a good choice to stay for a few days. The rooms are adequate size and the bathroom was well laid out. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Good choices and dishes were replenished efficiently. The staff were polite, personable and helpful. I’d come back and stay again. Good location for shopping, business and steps from the train station."

"Decor was beautiful, mattress was comfy though didn't like the pillows but I think that's personal preference, room was clean so good value for money in that respect. Staff werent rude but weren't exactly friendly either and I had tried contacting them before my stay by message to ask about early check in as I would've liked to have been able to check in in the morning which I never heard back from so ended up having to ring them to ask and they were unhelpful and told me it depends on the day...
