"My partner and I remarked that the woman at the front desk was the first unfriendly person we had met in the highlands. When we got to the room, it was un-vacuumed and there were grease smears on all surfaces and the headboard. Each of the cups in coffee corner were dirty with lip marks/greasy fingerprints."

"Clean, small room. Flat pillows, thin walls-could hear the person next room snoring. Breakfast doesn’t start til 8 on weekends, so not useful for an early flight. It is close to the airport which is why I picked it"

"Room was very clean and beds were very comfy. Host was amazing and cooked a big hot breakfast before we started our day. There were also lots of cold food options as well. Very close to the pedestrian bridge into the main streets of Inverness. Would definitely stay again."

"The host was welcoming when my daughter and I arrived in the early evening. The room was ready and was clean. Tea and coffee was available in the room, however the host had extra milk, sugar, etc in the lobby which was most appreciated. The guest house is actually close to the town center however my daughter and I took the long way around when we first arrived, so this was positive news and we took the more direct route for the rest of our stay.
