"I booked this hotel as I was attending a football match in the area. We didn’t stay the night though as the wind was bowling and howling in through one of the window seals. Let the property know but they haven’t offered a refund or discount, bit disappointing therefore wouldn’t stay again."

"We stayed for 3 nights, day 1 there was no hot water, so no shower or cleaning from the sink, staff sorted it out! Nothing went wrong on day 2 but day 3 the electricity blew just before we were going out so kinda messed up our preparation, again the staff sorted it. Guess we were a little unlucky but lots of positive things as well"

The room also had mould on the ceiling and an awful smell of musky dampness. My friend had a much nicer room and their bed was okay so it’s luck of the draw I guess."

"This felt like an hotel in decline. The communal spaces were brightly lit even in the evening and therefore there was no atmosphere. The corners of the shower were not sealed properly and had black deposits in them. The bathroom lights kept flickering and although a maintenance person made several attempts to change bulbs, and thought he had solved the problem, after a while they started again.
