We were pleased with the ample parking and an EV charging station on site. Staff also offered to assist with luggage, dinners and the complimentary breakfast were delicious, and the office was so accommodating with our wedding shoot prep and early check-in. "Non all'altezza delle aspettative. Da una struttura del genere ( e dal relativo costo) ci si aspetta la cura del dettaglio e non solo. Il servizio ha fatto desiderare. "Wow is an understatement. This was the most spectacular part of our entire Italy trip. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. The sprawling property is spectacular to roam around. Lots of space to go for a run. Easy to get to Montepulciano and Pienza. Nice to meet so many other travelers. The room was quaint, beautiful, clean and unique.
