Was a spectacular room and bathroom, pool area was comfortable and pleasant place to spend time. Nice breakfast and good service. Large patio area with lovely views. Is about a 25 minute walk up hill to montepulciano which is a lovely place to spend the evening - worth booking the restaurants in town. The path from the hotel through the broken gate could really do with a bit of tlc

Don't hesitate for a second, it's a wonderful place! We spent two weeks with our family (3) in this newly opened establishment. It's a magnificent 17th-century mansion, beautifully renovated and ideally located in To scan. The staff were delightful both in welcoming us and throughout our stay. We would particularly like to thank the owners for their friendliness. We will definitely return to this house in Tuscany is truly magnificent. Don't hesitate another second.

La struttura è stata ristrutturata recentemente, pertanto lo stato è pari al nuovo. Pulizia ineccepibile così come la cortesia del personale e la colazione, con varietà di prodotti non ampissima ma di ottima qualità. La stanza prenotata era abbastanza essenziale e il bagno seppure ben curato non era finestrato. L'aspiratore del bagno era incredibilmente rumoroso, così come l'impianto refrigerante della stanza. Il piccolo giardino offriva una vista sulla valle che potrebbe essere valorizzata meglio rivedendo l'altezza di alcune delle piante che ne coprono gran parte. Tirando quindi le somme il rapporto qualità-prezzo non mi ha soddisfatto. Inoltre, nonostante fosse compresa la SPA nel prezzo, gli orari limitati non ci hanno permesso di goderne. Un potenziale ancora da perfezionare. Inoltre, da valutare bene la posizione, sicuramente comodissima per visitare Montepulciano, ma manca l'atmosfera dell'agriturismo perso fra le colline, che probabilmente avrei preferito con il senno del poi.
