The property was fresh and newly decorated. We were upgraded to the room with kitchenette which was a nice bonus. The noise upstairs from moving furniture and footsteps wasnt what we expected and was hard to sleep on some occasions. The supermarket that was advertised being directly opposite was actually closed down. Luciano was very attentive and made us feel welcome. Overall the area wasnt what we expected as the beach was unclean and area was very rundown.The location to travel to sorrento and surrounding areas was excellent.

Hôtes sympathiques et bon rapport qualité-prix!

Bien positionné : près du bord de l'eau, des restaurants et à 10min de la gare de train se rendant de Naples à Sorrento. La chambre est propre, moderne et possède un petit balcon donnant sur la rue. Pour le petit déjeuner, il y a des sfogliatella et autres patisseries typiques, du thé et du café. Les hôtes sont particulièrement sympathiques et attentionnés. Ils nous ont accommodé et aidé à répondre à nos questions sur les environs.

Great room and location - would stay again!

Great room and location. Room was modern. We never had a problem parking right in front of the rooms. Room is soundproof from street. The owner was great! He helped us with finding where to buy luggage since ours was destroyed by the airline on the way over. Rooms are not soundproof from each other (there was another guest who was very loud), and there is 1 flight of stairs to the apartment.

Per colpa di Expedia ho subito un overbooking e non ho potuto soggiornare presso la struttura ma devo dire che Luciano, il proprietario,ha gestito la Situazione in modo impeccabile aiutandomi a trovare una soluzione alternativa e rimborsandomi interamente il costo della nuova struttura! Spero di ritornare presto a Castellamare per poter alloggiare finalmente da Luciano.
