Location is well suited for exploring the historical sites however we questioned whether it was safe for walking… Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. My experience with the reception area wasn’t pleasant. Not so helpful at checkout, rude, seemed also impatient."

Great location but the street outside is very noisy when you exit the building (which had double glazing thankfully). Overall quite expensive for what it was, but we were happy there "
