"Everything was perfect"

"room was clean, staff was good. was close to I-10 , easy to get around"

"Breakfast was almost inedible. The eggs were really watery and gross. Area was dirty. The options were so limited compared to other like properties. Staff super friendly! Unfortunately the rooms were very loud. There was a dance team in the hotel. Would have been nice if at check in we were told and offered a room away from the teams. "

"We were a bit nervous about this property since there was no front desk person! Turned out to be a very clean suite. The suites are small, but have everything you need, including makeup remover wipes & black washcloths. We like that it was gated to get in w/a code!"

"Don’t not take discount on food from this hotel because you think you getting one but actually you paying for thru a third party so please beware of that!"

"The room was dingy with a broken sink. No one showed up to empty the trash let alone making up the bed and tiding up the room. Staff was non existent except when to run your card for incidentals. If you come late, the place is desolate and feels unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Poor parking, elevator did not work, stinks of pot in every hallway."

"The property only had one entrance. Although there were other areas where you could exit the property, you couldn’t re-enter even with your key card. This made it very inconvenient if you parked in the lot and your room was literally on the other side of the property. The second elevator worked only 20% of the time (good that they had another elevator because the main elevator would get crowed quick, but the fact that it rarely worked made it feel like it was only one). The staff was nice (Ralph at the front desk gets a 10/10). The room (although very spacious) needed improvements, but it got the job done for the most part. The cleaning staff was subpar at best. Even after all of that, I still would stay again. "
