Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance. We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. "Place was amazing. Staff were helpful and went out of their way to help. Room was large and clean with a balcony overlooking the lake. Bus stop was feet from the door and the Olive Tree walk started next to thee hotel. Overall just an amazing place. "
