"Estábamos de aniversario y ni siquiera una felicitación. Al llegar no funcionaba un elevador entonces el acceso era una pérdida de tiempo estando de vacaciones. Tuvimos que pasar más de 40 minutos esperando para subir a la habitación porque dos elevadores estaban dañados, uno llegaba solo al piso 6 y el único que funcionaba demoraba demasiado ya que eran 31 pisos. Nos quejamos y el personal fue grosero y no hicieron nada. Cobran Resort Fee pero no lo utilizan en las instalaciones entonces nos sentimos estafados y perdimos mucho tiempo con el problema de los asensores. Muy mal servicio al cliente."

The staff was very helpful and upgraded us to a higher floor when we checked in. If it’s your first time in New York City, this is a great location Midtown so you can take the subway."
