"A very warm welcome and early check-in which was much appreciated. Check-in was highly efficient. Doormen were very friendly and eager to assist. "Hotel was located right in front of tower bridge which was stunning at night and during the day. Room was big but was not that fancy or nice. It did what it had to do. There were some scuff marks on the walls if anyone cares about that. It was perfect for us to come home and sleep. Located near uber boat, tram, and buses. There is also a cute bar/restaurant right in front of the building if weather is good you should definitely check it out."

"Comfortable and clean room, perfect for our family of 3. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Great location for Victoria Station and easily walkable to restaurants and other attractions.
The only thing I didn’t expect was our room being in an annexe across the street, which made it less appealing to use the lounge to relax in, so we stayed in our room when we wanted a rest. "
