"Short, easy15 minute walk from Terminal 2. "

"The property was clean, bright, and very ambient. The staff were polite and courteous,, but lacked the true focus of customer care. We got there around 11am on the day of our arrival expecting to wait for our 3pm check-in. We were kept waiting for the room even though it was ready before 3pm. Then I had to request check-in even though we were sitting in reception not 2 metres away from the desk. Extremely poor customer service."

"The breakfast is very nice. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable. But there is only one key per room, which leads to problems if not everyone is returning to the room at the same time."

"Room was good for what it is. We needed a quick stay before a flight, and it was clean and comfortable enough. The place is old, and it's nothing fancy. Not a lot to do around the hotel, but it's close enough to the subway. Pillows and bed were surprisingly comfy! "
