"My husband & I stayed for a week at Tesouro de Baixa, we loved it!!! LOCATION LOCATION, walking to all main plazas & attractions in Baixa & Chiado; and very close to public transportation stops to go to Alfama & Barrio Alto. Also close to train station to take you to Sintra & Cascais. The breakfast offered was excellent, variety. The staff was super nice, they were always courteous, willing to help us, and provided us with lots of great information. We would go back to Tesouro. "

"We stayed at Le Jardin Hotel in Lisbon for just one night during a layover, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous — beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless. Super easy check-in and very comfortable bed. Wish we could stay there longer."

"Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. Le personnel sympathique, la cuisine commune très pratique, épicerie à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Le métro est tout prêt. Sur une rue passante mais comme les chambres sont au 5e étage, ce n'est pas problématique. Seul petit bémol, on entend les portes des autres chambres et de l' entrée fermées."

"Clean and comfortable room in a great location, easily accessible from the airport and into central Lisbon. While my room was next to the main road, the glazing definitely keeps out the majority of the noise. Also smooth check in and check out processes and friendly staff manning the desk 24/7. Would stay again!"

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
