"The stay at Be Lisbon Hostel Intendente was excellent. The room was clean and air-conditioned. The community kitchen was always kept clean and in good condition. The location was close to key sites in the city."

"Adorable hotel in an old Lisbon building that has been modernized while maintaining its historic charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom were nice, the breakfast was just what we needed, and there’s a nice little terrace. It’s in walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and sites. Great value! Would definitely stay again! "

"The property was a converted bakery and family residence. Each of the rooms were uniquely designed and decorated. The staff was excellent and the location was close to downtown shops, restaurants and sites."

"A very quaint place, walking distance to the train stations and old city. The owner, Irina, is super friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. We booked a family room for the two of us - that made it spacious. They have a nice breakfast reasonably priced. Parking in nearby streets or one of the parking lots in the area. "

"Very clean The room is also clean and beds are comfortable Hosts are HELPFUL THE BREAKFAST is nutritional and beads are freshly made. The neighborhood has markets to buy what you need, pharmacies, restaurants and more Bull fighting arena is opposite to the hotel but beign used for other events "

"I found this lovely place to stay because I was coming from Lisbon and didn’t want to rush all the sites into one day. Very reasonably priced and the staff and breakfast were wonderful. It very convenient to all the sites and the main centre is only a 5 minute walk. I would recommend staying here. "

" The hotel is in an excellent location. It is so central and close to so many tourist attractions. The room is clean and charming, also well sound proof. Even though there is a square outside with lots bars and restaurants, I couldn’t hear the noise much. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing lots of local know how. When I needed to leave early in the morning for a side tour and would miss the breakfast, a staff prepared a mini-breakfast for me for next morning. "

"clean rooms and friendly staff. breakfast included is great. proper felt safe with gated entry and quiet as its slightly secluded. But still just a 5 minute drive to cafe's and small grocery. Quick access to highway. nice central location within Lisbon to drive to all main areas of greater Lisbon in 20-30 min or less."

"Centrally located, walk to everything! 2 parking spaces, first come, first get. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was personally prepared and super fresh. 100% renovated but keeping charm of village. Comfy bed, amazing bathroom and shower, A/C worked perfectly. Highly recommend. "

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
