"The staff was very helpful, most of all our hostess Barbara. The hotel is a real gem , a beautiful villa in the middle of San Lucas. Our room was beautiful and well appointed. The hotel is in the middle of town near to Cabo Wabo Cantina and other great restaurants and shops. "

"We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. "

"When we arrived at the resort, they upgraded our room since I’m a Gold Member and it was absolutely beautiful, with an amazing ocean view. The two restaurants we tried were delicious: the Italian restaurant and the Mexican spot (you do need a reservation for the Italian restaurant). The buffet, however, wasn’t as good. The staff throughout the property were excellent, everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. And for New Year’s, the fireworks show was incredible! I’d definitely...
