The location is perfect, right on La Rambla but still nice and quiet in the rooms. The staff were super friendly and really helpful, with great recommendations for dining and shopping. "Had a great stay. Things didn't start out well, but the front desk manager who I dealt with on the second day of our stay really went above and beyond to rectify our concerns. I'm just sorry I forgot his name (early shift Jan 2). Beakfast provided complimentary in response to our concerns was excellent. The restaurant staff offered superb service and I definitely would recommend this great breakfast overlooking Barcelona’s rooftops. I also want to shout out Expedia customer service. Mohit dealt with things very promptly and professionally on my behalf as we had to run off to a preplanned event just after check-in. "
