"We recently stayed one week at this hotel and were disappointed with the experience. First of all, it is clearly not a five-star hotel as it is listed on travel websites. The reception was cold and lacking courtesy.
We were asked to leave our luggage in the lobby so it could be brought up to our room. After 45 minutes, we had to go back downstairs because the luggage had still not been delivered, and we were told that the staff were very busy.
Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The room we paid for had a sea view, but the windows were very dirty. In addition, on the beach in front of the hotel there is a large construction site, and from the window we could see two cranes obstructing the view.
The carpet in the hallways is old and dirty, and the exterior elevator has very dirty windows. The terrace on the 15th floor is completely closed and under construction.
Breakfast is very limited and far from what one would expect from a five-star hotel.
We would certainly not return to this hotel and would recommend avoiding it."
