I booked this apartment because it had laundry facilities. It did not. Also, my guests arrived after 10 PM and weren’t allowed to check in. That was very frustrating. One of my guests arrived at 10:13 PM and they wouldn’t allow the guest to check in. The guest was stuck in traffic.
