Zero star but excellent view. The unit was full of small ant and spiders, no one is clearly managing the unit or cleaning it properly. There was ants in the luggage bags and we had to be the ones cleaning the apartment. You can’t sit at the table and have dinner because bugs will go on your plate. Better to stay at a hotel. The building itself was relatively new, good gym with a view and the apartments views were amazing. Just be ready to clean yourself.

Very very bad checkin/checkout. Not for Gringos.

Apartment had a great location. Great view. Modern. All you can ask for as a apartment. But... The check in process was one of the worts experinces. Have been working in Colombia, have been visiting this country 30 times now. This was the most confusing, non reliable booking ever. The booking page at Hotels.com does not give whole info. Even if you (thought you) paid on Hotels.com site, You have to pay same amount and even more when you arrive. And that in CASH!!!! Hey, everyone that have visit Colombia knows that you NEVER have so much cash on the streets. Please, show that info on your site. Had to pay extra for cleaning and som strange administration. So lucky that I speak spanish, if not, forget this apartament. Also wrong address was specified on Hotels.com page. Taxi driver had to use my phone to call a Whatsapp contact for apartment. Hmmm. Other wise we had ended at another building. When paying in cash. NO receipt was written. How is that possible? Give millions of pesos to a a person that cleans the apartament. I had to demand that they gave me a receipt. Which they did. I spent half a day for this check in. Also misunderstandings when leaving the apartment. We agreed for time, they called from reception hours before.

Pretty apartment with a HEADACHE

It's a beautiful apartment very poorly managed. PROs: -Beautiful view and comfortable nice apartment. CONs: -Had to wait an hour at the front desk to someone show up and open the apartment for me. -Person they sent did not speak a word in English -Had to pay in CASH. This was a nightmare. When you book you are quoted in USD. Later hotels.com send you an email that you must pay cash in local currency. When I asked the host to accept USD he calculated with a ridiculously bad exchange rate. So I had to go out and find an ATM to get cash. Closest ATMs had withdrawal limits much lower than my total so ended up getting cash from multiple ATMs. All together check in time was 2 hours and total was significantly higher due to ATM fees and bad ATM exchange rates. -They charged an extra 10000COP for registration (mentioned nowhere in the booking) -They charge 60000COP for cleaning but you will encounter a dirty apartment. When I complained to the host she did not offer any solution but told me excuses, like the "wind blows the sand in the apartment". Yeah i guess the wind blows in hair and candy wrappers too. -Wait it's not over ... Towels provided were wet (ewww) -There was NO toilet paper in the apartment. -We agreed on a 11:30 checkout time which is earlier than the usual 12-1PM in Cartagena. However I had a man ringing on my doorbell at 10:45. There are so many good apartments in cartagena. This is pretty but it's just comes with so much headache. Not worth it.

The apartment it’s beautiful & the view amazing! But be careful cuz the property manager will charge you in cash & it’s more than it shows when you reserve online, it’s better to pay in COP. There was this girl Nancy she will go everyday asking for money cuz it was never complete, something really ridiculous but I didn’t want to stress. They need to improve a lot of things & it’s really sad that the apartments are so beautiful & unique but the hungry of money from these people is incredible. I’m just writing this so someone do not go trough this again.

Great stay, awesome view and Cartagena is an excellent destination. Apartment was very nice and clean with great views. Need to study up on Spanish as very few here who speak any English. Check in was a bit difficult due to that.
