"Room was clean, nothing extravagant but okay for a night. We weren’t able to bring our luggage in as there were told there were no rooms available on the bottom floor and no elevators. Makes it difficult on people who are handicapped. The man at the desk didn’t seem to care."

"This hotel took me by surprise! For the price I didn't know what to expect because it was definitely on the lower cost end. The rooms were very spacious with a nice deck that overlooked the river. It was clean with a very nice bathroom and powder area. Breakfast was great. The pool was perfect. I highly highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay again."

"Half of the room was occupied by a huge hot tub. I'm assuming that was extra because the water was not turned on. No problem, a hot tub with a large mirror is not really our style. The rear balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Two plastic chairs were available, one broken. A random lamp globe was abandoned on the balcony. The tiny glass table was not cleaned. The staff smiled a lot, but after our purse was snatched, in the 3 minutes between exiting the room and...
