"Host was a super-host! Excellent communication and support. A rare find, well stocked, comfortable, clean, and excellent location. Sleeps 4 comfortable. Additional people have to sleep on air mattress (provided by host) or sofa (not a pull out). "

"This hotel was conveniently located for us to visit Carlsbad Caverns. There were some fun food options nearby. The outdoor pool is unheated and absolutely freezing, so that was a big disappointment for my kids."

"The motel itself was great. The train that goes by at different times, which includes the middle of the night was my only issue and I can't fault the Carlsbad Inn for that. I would stay again if the need arises."
