"The room was really clean. The remote and TV system sucks. It’s ridiculously hard and the remotes are awful. There was no freezer in the fridge, but the people out the front desk were nice enough to keep my ice packs cold in their freezer. Unfortunately my smoke free room was not smoke-free and when I got home all of my clothes smelled like smoke. But they were nice enough to let me change rooms."

"The floors were filthy, the shower curtain was gross and there were hairs in the shower. It’s not been this bad before when I have stayed and on top of it I was questioned about a service animal that I had brought there before, so much so the attendant remembered my name. I believe this will likely be my last stay. I had to purchase towels because we had to walk with the hotel towels under our feet"

Moved to another room but the toilet had hairs and much droppings or residue from who knows what dropped into the rear of the seat where hinges lay. MUCH, loose and recent. The coffee a coffee pot had dried up old pod in filter tray. Closet still had customer clothing in it!!! Stay away "

"We arrived late in the evening due to the inclement weather. There was someone at the front desk who checked us in and had us on our way up to our room in five minutes. The room was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and well-stocked. "
