"The property is nice, it not overwhelming everything is close to each other for things to do at night. The food was good, drinks were strong, the staff was very helpful and nice, fun activities too. It’s not a big resort but overall very nice resort to go to"

"This resort was great very beautiful, with many things to do. Food was great with many options pool and beach were great too, however the staff and service could definitely use some improvement we didn’t feel welcomed like we have in other resorts we been to. The room is very humid and was very hard to breathe at night most bathrooms smelled like they have a drainage problem. Drinks were ok I suggest if you want to get a real nice buzz to get your self a bottle at duty free and just order juice from the bars . Also bring comfy sandals cause it’s alot of walking from beach/main pool to the kids water park , theater etc. we did about 15,000 steps a day . Other than that me and my family would consider coming back :)"

"Beautiful mega resort with incredible views and things to do without leaving the resort. From the casino to the pools (8 maybe) to the people who work here. All good things to say, traveled with two kids and it was actually pretty, pretty perfect at the Hyatt. Nothing but good people and activities to do here. Room was solid, booked an ocean view, don’t recommend paying extra since my view wasn’t even the full ocean view (got robbed here) other than that, clean room with tub/ stand up shower. All rooms have a balcony (from what I saw) 7/10 will come back."

"Ось варіант відгуку англійською: Our family had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium Bávaro Family Selection. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the high level of service and attention to detail throughout the resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, both in our room and across the entire property. Everything was well maintained, spotless, and created a very comfortable environment for our vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Julio, who went above and beyond to help us with every question and request during our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made a huge difference and helped make our vacation truly stress-free. We were also impressed by the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the Family Selection area. It provided the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and tranquility. The food was exceptional. There is a fantastic variety of restaurants, and every meal we had was delicious. The quality, selection, and service exceeded our expectations. If we had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the entertainment program. Compared to some other resorts we have visited, the evening entertainment was not as strong or engaging. However, this was a minor issue and was easily outweighed by the excellent service, beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, and outstanding dining experience. Overall, our family had an amazing vacation, and we would highly recommend!"
