"Great property. I love that a pool was located right next to the kids water park. All the restaurants are in one area with the shopping made us feel like we were in a small town.
I would definately stay there again.

If we wanted to however dine at a restaurant (not main dining hall) not all require reservations and spaces are usually limited. They operate on a first come first serve basis so the wait time for those was...

"We enjoyed our stay at the R Hotel Kingston. It was centrally located near a few restaurants in the area. The room was spacious, and our view from our room to look out at Kingston was beautiful. Overall, great service, but we did experience a few times where we had to wait for staff to appear at the registration and at the rooftop restaurant. "

"Beautiful hotel with a nice small pool and pool bar. Staff was friendly and made check in and check out quick and easy. Love that they didn’t have extra fees like most hotels. Although the rooms are small they are super cute. I recommend maybe opening window to release humidity after showers since it’s a small room it can feel very humid for hours. Our room didn’t get serviced daily, only once or twice during our stay. Maybe we had to request it. I would prob recommend the hotel adding longer...
"I had some issues with my first room, but I was able to talk to the house keeping supervisor and she was able to accommodate us ina wonderful room so god bless her very professional and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff no hospitality training, unprofessional at one point around 8 pm i call the front desk and no one answered the phone today i tried to make a review and the young lady in the front desk don't know how to answer the phone and refuse to identify her self and kept me on...
