"This hotel was not as Jamaican friendly/ catered much for authentic Jamaicans based on my experience. As an authentic Jamaican back home to vacation , the food was trash! Unfortunately that is what I was looking forward to the most. The beef served one of those nights was so tough, oh my gosh! Customer service for the most part was good. A young lady by the vegetarian bar was rude one day, not in what she said, but with her tone, and mannerism. It is good that the hotel has many activities...
