"Great location. I loved the lobby area; the decor and the wonderful scent. The welcome with valet parking and a complimentary drink was an excellent service. The room was very nice, with a huge bathroom, comfortable beds, and a great view. The breakfast was very complete and offered a great buffet selection.
My only criticism is the noise. I stayed over the weekend, and the combination of the hotel’s nightclub and a party taking place made the loud music late at night quite bothersome."

"Generally speaking, everything was OK. However, they provided misleading information at check-in. I was offered an upgraded room, but I had to change it because it lacked privacy—there was a connecting door to the adjacent room, and I could hear everything happening next door. On top of that, I was never told I'd be charged an extra $104 for the upgrade. I was told the upgrade would give me access to breakfast and dinner, but they charged me for the meals anyway. "First time visitors to Jarabacoa and I cannot be happier with our hotel selection. The staff is there to greet you in the lobby, the cleaning ladies are very sweet and attentive. The breakfast crew was always on point as well as the service in the pool. Dinner I suggest you do early bc the kitchen can get busy since patrons outside of the hotel are allowed to come by to eat.
The cleanliness there is top notch, I wish they had a fitness room but they had some tennis courts available for use....
