"This was our 3rd time at this resort. I forgot just how amazing it is. We stayed in the family selection and loved the extra amenities. The private concierge was exceptional with the convience of all our dinner reservations being made in advance without consultation. They even ensured we dined with the other 2 families we were traveling with. Elias in the lobby bar was an amazing creatir of all things delicous, Carlos at the family selection pool was so attentive and even provided us special drinks. Food was great, drinks great and service EXCEPTIONAL. We will definitely be back"

"Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Definitely felt loved and appreciated and very personalized treatment. Got to know Sergio, Chris, Jorge, Clarita, and more of the staff by name. Location was excellent. Very modern and young vibe with quality throughout. Shower was amazingly good and we loved our room decor and amenities. Rooftop pool was nice and had a great view of Punta De Mita. Restaurant had great food a drinks - breakfast and lunch and dinner (loved the smash burgers and the chicken sandwich). Relaxed vibe. Great find. We plan to stay here again next time and bring friends. "

"The hotel does not include extras you may expect like coffee and drinking water. It is difficult to swim at the beach because of the rocks and shallow entry. The owner owns most all of the hotels and restaurants along this strip so there isn’t much competition for prices. Better to walk a block up for better prices in the restaurants. They also own an apartment complex nearby and the residents are allowed access to the pool area at Hotel Meson, so it may see busier than you would expect with people doing daily business rather than just relaxing. One guy came every day and listened to the news loudly in the middle of the lounging area. Staff was nice and laying in the hammocks in the warm evenings was a highlight. "

"Their service was amazing, a little bit far from the city ( you may need to rent a car cause there are no activities close), but the place and the service were 10/10. "

"The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back."
