"Kleines Hotel, dem die Renovierung gut getan hat. Die Dachterrasse war ca 2x2m groß, reicht aber für ein schönes Foto von der unverbauten Aussicht auf die Cite von Carcassonne. Kleiner, liebevoller Garten mit leckerem Frühstück."

"Catherine is very helpful and kind, watched our luggage for a few hours and lent us an umbrella. Location was about 20 minutes walk from the entrance to the old city. We were lucky enough to have one of the large rooms, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was amazing! The hotel is bit difficult to find as the signage is very discrete."

"We arrived in Carcassonne on a beautiful sunny day, the hotel is beautiful, and perfectly located just a very short walk from the city walls. We checked in and Stefan was wonderful, we had issues with our car, he rang a local garage and even got us booked in. Our room was stunning with extremely comfortable bed - we had a room with the hot tub, which was perfect temperature, we ended up staying an extra night while the car was being fixed, which gave us the opportunity to explore the old town...

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room - which is disappointing - but apart from that, no issues. My only problem with the booking was checking in - the one member of staff was incredibly diligent, but took far too long to book people in. "Staff were fantastic and friendly, always had time to answer questions or give tips about places to visit. Room was to a nice standard however the mattress was extremely worn on one side of the bed. Nice Continental breakfast every morning helped set the day up"

"The hotel is ideally situated to walk to the castle in 15 minutes in one direction as well as a 15 minute walk in the other direction to the town. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making our stay very pleasing. Our room had a small balcony, which looked over the pont vieux, the river as well as part of the castle. "We only stayed one night so the room was adequate given the short stay. The room seemed very dated and small. The shower worked just fine was a little small and slippery for my standards. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the ac was a blessing. The furniture in the rest of the building was beautiful but our room not too great."

"This hotel is not for luxury travellers, but it's clean, the staff is excellent, and it's close to the airport. The parking lot is secured overnight by a gate (they give guests the code), and although the rooms are small, they have everything you need. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains that work better than any I've ever had before. I would definitely stay here again."
