"Ideal location in historic como, and paying extra for a view of lake Como was worth it! Included breakfast was very well done, vast choices for a good meal! Shower and water pressure were fantastic! The only comment is amenities were sparse (no pool, no hot tub, sad gym); not what you would expect at a beautiful hotel with restaurant, bar, and perfect location. Otherwise great stay!"

"Hotel was great. Staff and amenities were great. The location was only 7-10 min walk from the train station. The hotel was right in front of the water also making it extremely close to the boat dock. Breakfast was good with variety of food from cold cuts to typical eggs and sausage. As well as offering GF choices. Shops and restaurants surrounded the hotel making it a perfect location."

"From the moment we checked in Christina was absolutely delightful. She made our stay perfect. Her willingness to please was so appreciated and very professional. The location was also perfect. Right across from the ferry and a very short walk to the train station."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the lake and surrounded by great shopping opportunities, including luxury designer boutiques such as Hermès. The breakfast area and restaurant were both excellent, offering a lovely atmosphere and a delicious variety of food. We truly enjoyed the dining experience. The only downside, which may have simply been bad luck during our stay, was some construction work taking place in the street directly opposite the hotel. The noise started early in the morning and was a little disturbing. However, this was a temporary inconvenience, and overall, our experience was excellent. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!"

"Ciao, I and my 2 daughters enjoyed our stay. The pool was a lit cold. Ramesh in reception was a great man and while dinner I have met very nice and funny staff who made my stay more brighter. Breakfast was good. Bar was nice. What I could only wish is, I was by flight and it would be more fantastic for the guest if hotel have had their own service transportation to the airport. They of course organized a transportation from outside. Even it’s stressfree if hotels has own service. Thank you so much🌸"

"Amazing hotel overlooking lake Como, really wish we could have stayed here longer! One of our all time favorites, from the room to the terrace restaurant view (great view, meh, overpriced food). And the rooftop pool and pool area/bar were spectacular. Service and cleanliness were top notch too This would definitely be on our consideration list if we are fortunate enough to find ourselves in Como again. Not cheap but worth it!"
