They were significantly short staffed and the people working were complaining the entire time and speaking bad about the hotel. I was also freezing in my room and had to come to the front desk in person because the person I spoke to could not tell me the heat regulator was not on the wall. At breakfast, it took over one hour to get a sandwich and coffee, hence the next day I didn’t even bother. The location is good and I didn’t even try any amenities because it was cold. The only thing convenient was the free parking. "
