"My family stayed at Hotel Zed overnight while visiting the Okanagan and had a wonderful experience. We loved the colourful theme, fun freebies, game room, and free bikes. The location is fantastic, right beside the park and within walking distance of downtown. The staff were kind and welcoming, and our room was upgraded that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for families! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The rooms are modernized, including a charging station with multiple outlets. There is a pool and a sauna and there are several beautiful rose gardens on the property. There is ample parking behind the hotel, and the hotel is reasonably close to amenities in Kelowna. The breakfast was decent, but the attendant seemed lazy, and claimed that there were no more eggs available even though there was half an hour left in their published breakfast hours."

"This review was going to go a lot differently. A note to all travelers planning on staying at the Dilworth - their office closes at 11pm. If your flight is delayed like my staff member's was, be aware of this closure at 11pm and find out from the Dilworth staff if there are any alternative arrangements that can be made or stay somewhere else. However, while my staff were waiting for me to find them another motel or hotel nearby, the staff came out while heading to another property they look...

"This hotel was convenient and the space was adequate for us. They are in the process of renovating the rooms as they are somewhat tired looking,, but they are clean for the most part. We were booked in the tower room and when we got there they had us on the main floor. We requested the tower room as was indicated in our booking with expedia. My husband had to arm wrestle them to get the additional $12 per night off of the booking when they recognized that the main floor was not what we...

"Steve was a gracious host. The property is lovely. The rooms are large and attractively furnished with all the amenities one could want. We had breakfast on the balcony which had a lovely view. Steve was a chef in a former life and it showed in the quality of the breakfast which was both beautifully presented and delicious. We will definitely recommend this establishment to our friends."
