"This my 2nd time in Nevserhir and chose this hotel because of the reviews and to be honest I don’t understand how people can give it good reviews when is so bad maintained. Our bathroom smell terrible and the bathtub was leaking the whole time , we had to have towels all over the floor so we didn’t slip…dangerous!!! "Cave set up and pool were amazing. Disappointed upstairs balconies closed due to renovations, where never told when booked. There where no kitchen facilities on site need to walk some distance for breakfast or dinner. Internet was not very good and did not play the soccer World Cup match"

"Great hotel in the centre of the city. We had family room with small patio area. You can see air balloons at 5am from patio. It is carved in the cave - absolutely gorgeous. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was great. Only small improvement i can suggest - better shampoo and conditioner and dispenser thst did not work in our room. "If you are allergic to dogs or cats do NOT stay at this hotel. There are multiple dogs and 1 cat roaming all around the hotel and next to/in rooms. I am allergic to dogs and my allergies were terrible, especially inside my room. I think they let dogs inside my room previously. And there was mold in my bathroom above the tub. Other than that the hotel was good. Staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was great, great location as well."
