"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. "I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is a kind of indoor pool or water feature that kept running loudly all night. Even after turning off the main valve, the water continued to flow, making it impossible to sleep. I was traveling with my 10-year-old son, so rest was especially important. "We had a lovely stay at Villa Signorini. Not for everyone; off the beaten track and tired facilities however, the staff are pleasant and the room was incredibly comfortable and very different! Think super high painted ceilings, huge shutters and a massive terrace overlooking the gardens. "
