"The room was clean, very safe and easy to access. They have an elevator. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with many nice little shops and I felt at home walking around. The staff was very responsive and helped me easily check in and check out. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. "Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly by helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to your room from a bar downstairs and consists of a choice of hot drink, cold drink and a savoury or sweet snack.
