"Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you. The phone system however was not working which was frustrating. My husband needed to physically walk down to the front desk to order room service (noone was answering when I called on my cell phone) and only the valet was there. So the valet was kind enough to take the order to the kitchen.
