My husband needed to physically walk down to the front desk to order room service (noone was answering when I called on my cell phone) and only the valet was there. "Clean room, friendly staff and the a/c was perfect. Cons: only 1/2 of a shower door so water gets everywhere and there was an ice machine right outside of our room that was the absolute nosiest machine and it kept me up throughout the night. I almost went out and unplugged it until the morning "

"Everything was clean, the staff was great as always, the view is excellent even from the first floor, and the kitchen has just about everything you need. But the property is beginning to show its age and could use a quick and cheap refurbishing on things like furnishings for the doors/closets/etc. The mattresses are old and feel old. The paint is coming off in places. It's just feeling old, is all. We love the place, for the record, and will definitely be back. But we'd like to see it...
