"Overpriced. Dirty. Grimy. No breakfast included. This could be a really nice place if the owners showed some pride in their establishment. Would I choose to stay here again? As things stand currently: not a chance."

"The location is excellent: the view of the field and water is wonderful. The breakfast was very nice - lots of fruit, eggs etc. the staff was friendly and helpful. The place needs a major overhaul. Paint chipping; patio holes, the furniture looks old and odd. The rooms have issues with windows not opening and the layout is 1980s. There are almost no outlets or charger ports. The TV has lots of channels but most aren't available. The bed was comfortable but with little pillows the tub/shower...

"The Fiddle and the Sea BnB was great. The room was very clean and spacious. My room had a private bathroom. It was a quiet place. The breakfast had a set menu, but it was very good and had a few options like the kind of toast you wanted and a choice of beverage. Sometimes its the little things that make a difference. I noticed homemade cookies in our room, some chocolates. A coffee maker with different kind of coffees or tea was a nice convience. There's a few restaurants near. The other thing...

"The view was stunning ! The staff were so friendly. The food was pretty good. The room was not clean at all. I used an entire pack of baby wipes to clean the floor. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door and there appeared to be dirty / unfolded bedding on the entry shelf."

"We had a nice stay in one of the hotel rooms. Staff were very nice. We didn’t actually golf, we just wanted to stay outside Sydney on our trip. The room was clean, we had a little issue opening the room door but the staff helped us out. The bathroom door didn’t lock or latch properly but we were able to manage that."
