"It was very difficult to get into pool area as the door wouldn’t work properly, there was a lock on the sauna, one of the three deck chairs had a big hole in it. The pool area did not look very appealing. I found our two rooms were kept clean inside and I liked linens but there definitely needs to be some maintenance done in the bathrooms. "Needs an update. Room was run down - holes in wall and carpet. Bed seemed to be broken. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was ok and nice not to have to leave hotel to find breakfast."

"I feel that a 4pm check-in time is absolutely ridiculous. There are some guests that stay one night and are leaving on the 5am flight. With your check-in time those guests are not in your hotel for 12 hours and paying $300+ for the night. Beautiful hotel and view but 4pm is wrong. Hire some more cleaning staff again. Cutbacks are best in other sectors not cleaning staff."
