Quiet, clean and conveniently located at the start of the Cabot Trail. Our host was knowledgeable and recommended near by restaurants. Best of all was the view out our room window and chairs to sit in by the waters edge to enjoy the scenary.

It was very clean. The bed was a bit old and squeaky. The only real issue was you had to boil water for one minute so wasn't comfortable showering. No fault of owner though. View was beautiful from back window.

I liked the friendly staff. We arrived at 10pm, but we were still given information about local hikes and options about where to eat. Our room had a fridge and microwave, We were able to get a cot as well.

Very quaint motel. We enjoyed our stay at this nice motel with exceptional views of the water. Vince the owner was extremely friendly and hospitable. Room was was comfortable and very clean and had everything you need in the room. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The motel owners were very friendly and helpful. We traveled with our dog and she felt very welcomed! The location is beautiful, good for visiting multiple destinations in the area and beautiful sunsets over the water.
