"Property is prestige, new, modern, luxurious. Beach is nice but not usaeabke due to seaweed. Major issue is cross selling by staff daily of the Blind Butcher restaurant. When on vacation after spending premium dollars it was very annoying. Could not walk anywhere without multiple stafff harassing on same topic, when we just want to relax. That needs to stoo."

"The preferred and palm bar personnel Alberto,Luis,Emmanuel,Yareli made amazing drink and very enjoyable experience. Eramy was amazing reserving any ride and amenities in the facility easy enough just a quick easy text. Room service was horrible I’m currently breastfeeding my infant son and have to eat random hours of the night. Day 1 food was horrible, Day two I called 1am-3:40 am Yaritza personnel said they didn’t have service available anymore. Day 3 took 2 hours to have meal deliver...
