"The property appears to have been recently renovated, yet the upholstered surfaces in my room were stained or dirty. There was only one outlet on each side of the bed.
I was disappointed by the food, which I felt lacked in quality and in options for someone with a dairy allergy. On that note, I would have appreciated if the staff was more aware of potential cross-contamination--at the breakfast omelette station, the cook scrambled my eggs in the same bowl and with the same fork that he'd just used for someone's cheesy egg. I could have gotten really sick if my allergy was more severe! There weren't any signs pointing out allergens in the buffet, and the ones in the coffee shop weren't correct.
I also disliked the open bathroom, which would make the room awkward to share with someone other than your partner. The way the open shower is positioned, anyone opening the door would immediately get an eyeful from the hallway. Not good!"
