"The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference.
That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. However, the promotional images are somewhat misleading and don’t reflect the reality of most rooms.
The beach, is beautiful, and we really enjoyed...

"Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". "Arrived to a “family friendly” resort with a 4 month old. Absolutely HORRENDOUS
Food is terrible, minimal reservations with same food as buffet just served in a separate restaurant.
Showers are falling off the walls and the shower POURS out into that bathroom.
Mosquitoes swamped in the rooms eating us alive with walls crumbling apart.
Terrible customer service
A “family friendly” resort with no freezers for moms that breast feed and over produce.
Leaking ac units all over the place...

"The overall experience for property was good no doubt, but the breakfast menu was decent, but it leaned heavily toward non-vegetarian options. As someone who prefers vegetarian food, I found the choices quite limited. It would be great to see more variety in veg dishes. Also, there aren’t many nearby restaurants offering good vegetarian options, which made it a bit inconvenient."
