"The space is a wonderful hostel to stay in given its proximity to the airport, how affordable ubers are there, how kind the host is, and how cozy the bed in my room was! It's a great affordable option for travelers who need to get some rest before a flight or want to save money on lodgings in order to splurge on experiences in this beautiful country. "Very cute family owned place, the room was clean and comfy, and the included breakfast was typical Costa Rican food and wad delicious! It is pretty noisy because of the airport and road close by but for one night after our plane landed late, it was very convenient."

"If you want a quaint, authentic Costa Rican stay, this place is for you. I feel the poor reviews come from people expecting a luxury resott despite paying less than half the price. The rooms were clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and we saw so many different animals right at thr hotel. We saw scarlet macaws, squirrel monkeys, agouti, and iguanas daily, some up close. Howler monkeys visited on 2 of our 8 days. It was a perfect experience."
