"Property manager and staff were friendly and responsive when we check-in. They allowed us early check-in when room is ready and available. They showed us how to use the free laundry facilities and provided us with the detergent. Very helpful and attentive property manager who even asked whether we need a portable fan when we came back from a warm day. Good location. About 15 mins tram ride from Lucerne Central Station. "I loved City Stay Apartments. Furnishings were excellent and the apartment was perfect for my needs. I loved the privacy and ease of getting to nearby stores. If I go back to Zurich I will stay there again."

"We needed an inexpensive spot for a spontaneous change of plans and found this apartment. It has a small kitchen which we didn’t utilize, and a small sun room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door. "

"There is no staff to greet you, so if anything went wrong, I dunno what I would do. We did have a little problem punching in the code (we had to do it faster), which was irritating. Zurich is very pricey, and this place is very affordable. Its an efficiency, bare bones apartment (with no a/c), which suited us just fine. Beds were comfortable and it was in a quiet residential area another positive."
