".This place was just okay. The room itself was fine, but when we arrived the heating was on full and it was unbearably hot. The window only opens a tiny amount, so there was no way to cool it down properly. We asked for the heating to be turned off, and the staff member did do that, but the radiator still seemed to be on — just slightly less hot. Because of this, we couldn’t sleep. In the morning, there was nothing left for breakfast, so we had to go elsewhere. It also seemed like there was only one member of staff, as we didn’t see anyone else at all — just one poor guy trying to do everything"
